Organised by a range of academics and Conter, this landmark event will reflect on the social movement of 2014. The conference will examine its legacy, the predicament of the SNP and the prospects for independence as we move into a new chapter. It will also seek to locate the discussion within the context of contemporary capitalism, shifting class alignments in politics, the British state, a changing Europe and a volatile imperial order.
